Our gyms goal is to create the “3rd place” to go to besides work and home. A place where everyone can come and connect with friends, get great coaching, and get in a great workout. We provide the space where you can look forward to and complete your day having progressed at a minimum of 1% every single day.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We would schedule a date and time for the new athlete to come in. We will sit down, take baseline measurements such weight, body fat % etc as well as talk about personal fitness goals. In that same session we would run the athlete through a free baseline workout to see where we would need to start and formulate the best course of action to accomplish your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Crossfit Level 2 certified trainer, RYT-200hour certified Yoga Instructors with 5 years experience in Yoga instruction as well as certified with Precision Nutrition to provide crucial nutritional protocols for everyone.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with athletes ranging from high school athletes who want to improve their sport to elderly clients who just want to maintain an excellent quality of life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have a goal already in mind you want to accomplish and be ready to commit yourself to get there.
