Hot Body Sculpt

I am certified in Bikram and Vinyasa Yoga as well as a Barre Instructor for the last eight years. My background as a professional ballerina and then living and working on crew ships as a dancer for six years enables me to connect with many different personalities. My intuitive Yogi side gets that each one of us is individually put together differently and thus feels different and each one of our postures and exercises. I have a reputation as the technical teacher that is able to get Students to the next place in their practice

I owned and operated my own yoga and barre studio for seven years before selling it and now working as a instructor throughout the Sacramento region. I created the Barre program at Arden Hot Yoga and my classes are different and stand out for two reasons I believe in an element of heat and my barre is very strongly based in yoga and Pilates with a major emphasis on safety of all joints especially knees.
