I am one of the few certified Kemetic Yoga instructors in the Bay Area.I traveled to Egypt (known as Kemet in ancient times) to study Kemetic Yoga and Meditation. While touring the temples and tombs of Cairo and Luxor, and sailing down the Nile for 3 days, I trained in the YogaSkills Method of yoga and breathwork under Master Instructor Yirser Ra Hotep.
