About
My background is a conglomeration of yoga styles including Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yoga Therapy techniques utilizing The Yoga Wall. This combination enables me to approach each client with an individualized plan that suits their needs best. I also know how it feels to lack mobility and strength and suffer from pain and injury in the body. It can be challenging at times but developing a yoga practice provides so many benefits to the body and mind including, but not limited to, stronger and more flexible muscles, less stress, and reduction or even elimination of pain and discomfort within the body.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before I begin working with a client I go through an evaluation process where I can determine my students level of flexibility, strengths/weaknesses, and also establish any injury or past trauma in the body. After analyzing all of this I work with the student to determine WHY they are having dysfunction in the body. From there I build a plan with my student based on what she or he would like to achieve out of our sessions and where they would like their practice to go.
