About
I teaches Vinyasa, Yin, and Wall Yoga at Mission Beach Yoga. I also lead a Women’s Circle. I loves spreading good vibes and helping everyone find inner strength. My teaching style is dynamic; I asks my students how they feel and adjusts my sequences accordingly. I focus on using the breath to flow into each asana slow and mindfully.
They say you find what your truest passionate about and you will never work a day in your life! This couldn’t be more true. I love to learn and pass on my knowledge to those who are also interested in transforming their lives with yoga.

How did you get started teaching?
I finished my teacher training but I had so much fear to go into a studio and mock (interview). When I was traveling in SE Asia I started reading the Alchemist and this book literly opended my eyes. I felt like I wasn't living my truth. I was working in the restaurant industry and I knew I needed to do something that really helped people heal and that I am really passionate about. I was in Bali and the hostel I was at had a gap where they did not a yoga teacher. I was so nervous to ask if I could teach I was qualified but I had only taught friends in the park or at the beach. I let go of that fear I asked and I taught some amazing classes. When I got back to San Diego I was walking down the street and my teacher from YTT was standing outside of a studio and she hired me right then and there. It was all meant to be. This is my calling I jsut know it.
