Yoga With Tiffiney

Teaching Yoga is my passion. I work with my students individuals needs and offer what you are looking for. Classes are well rounded with breathing exercises, physical activity and relaxation. Every class comes complete with auroma therapy as well as sound healing with crsytal bowls at the end. I like to make my classes unique and juicy so you benefit the most from every practice.

I LOVE it all! Meeting individuals and creating a safe space to move through the physical body is a magical gift. Yoga teaches us to meet ourselves where we are in the moment. Whether it's been a great day or a super challenging day there is always something good that can come from a Yoga practice.
