Wheatley Boxing
About
I have a boxing program that has 5 classes a day. All small group classes. So that means all students get a lot of attention. All my students progress and are treated the same as my fighters that compete. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing. I’ve been training folks for 5 years now. I used to be an amateur boxer with an 18-4 record. I trained at kings gym in Oakland where I got to see great fighters such as Light heavyweight champ Andre Ward , contender Karim Mayfield, and Juaqim Gallardo train and get ready for fights. I’ve boxed local heavyweight professionals like Laron Mitchell, and Ashanti Jordan. Currently I am USA certified amateur boxing trainer which means I train a couple fighters to compete in local tournaments and shows around the Bay Area. My instagram is Willrw22. It show a lot of my work on there.
