Catherine Haut is a yoga instructor who specializes in 1:1 yoga.
With over a decade of dedicated practice and over five years as an instructor, Catherine has a rich academic, practical, and personal experience with yoga. Catherine is designated as a 500-HR Yoga Alliance instructor and has spent over 850 hours with private clients around the globe.
Her method is student-centered.
Starting with your personal goals, your specific body, and your current season of life, she designs classes that meet you exactly where you are. From a place of balanced challenge, she guides you towards your goals. The result is a unique, deeply fulfilling practice. The benefits ripple out from your practice and into your daily life.
Catherine specializes in three areas of practice:
1. Accessible vinyasa: Catherine works with people at every stage of life. She has worked with children under 10, to clients in their late 80’s. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga with Catherine. She’ll teach you how to move in a sustainable, healthful, and joyful way.
2. Yoga for stress: If stress is interfering with your ability to sleep well or enjoy a balanced, connected life, Catherine can teach you how to use yoga to build stress resilience.
3. Yoga and meditation for sleep: Catherine teaches Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, two practices that give the body true, deep rest. By working with Catherine, clients who had suffered with insomnia for decades have restored their relationship with sleep. Using restorative practices, these clients accessed the vibrant, joyful versions of themselves that were waiting to come to life!
