About
The benefits of yoga and meditation are accessible to everyone. My goal is to help each student find the approach that works best for them. My teaching methodology is not only nourishing and light-hearted, but practical and intelligent. When people understand the practices in their own body and it also makes sense intellectually, success is insured!
The progress. Watching people understand and progress both physically and mentally is incredibly gratifying, and why I teach something I am so passionate about myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Understanding the students particular goal is paramount to my approach. Both yoga and meditation provide an array of available methodologies and one of my fortés is finding the right means for each particular student's understanding and application. Communication is also a critical component, so I tend to ask a lot of questions about how my student is experiencing the practice both during our sessions and afterwards.
