As North County's hub for traditional Karate and weaponry, they offer comprehensive health and fitness programs grounded in the culture, diet, and training regimen of Okinawa, Japan. NRK Karate is more than a martial arts school; it's a place where people learn to persevere, grow, and better their mind, body, and spirit.
