What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start off with a 1-1 phone call where we discuss their background in fitness and if they've played any sports in the past. I ask them what their fitness goal is & what their diet plan is & if they would like to know more about nutrition.
Once we establish if we are a good fit for each other, I like to set up a date and time to meet at the gym where I give them a tour and discuss any other questions they may have.
The first session is always free. I like to give my clients an experience of what it's like to train with me prior to committing. That way they could determine whether or not they'd like to hire me as their trainer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional boxer boxer and a personal trainer for many years. I was one of the best boxers in the country represented team USA. Traveled the world and trained with best trainers out there. I also got multiple personal training certificates through training classes and programs.

My fees are $80/session.
