You will build self confidence in how you feel about yourself in all situations.
I offer training in multiple striking arts from a traditional stand point to a more practical and tactical approach as well as a more gently resolve.
I have a degree in advance health and fitness and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, so if you are just in need of a personal trainer to help you gain more strength, lose weight or just maintain a healthy life style I have a program right for you.

The biggest thing I enjoy about what I do is seeing how each of my students progresses within their own training goals and the confidence change within themselves. I enjoy seeing the smile on each one of my students faces. I enjoy knowing I have helped my students feel better about themselves both mentally and physically, not becoming a statistic of obesity, or violence. I enjoy seeing the confidence and the discipline in young children and teens. When parents approach me and tell me how much their childs behavior has changed for the better. I enjoy bringing a fun and enjoyable training aspect to each of my students lessons, the more fun a lesson is the more you will learn and retain what is being presented to you and the faster you will progress.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The best advice I could give a student looking for a teacher is meet with them first, ask if they offer a Free trial lesson and see if they are a correct fit for you or your child.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask yourself what are you looking to achieve with your goals and how soon are you looking to achieve them? How often are you looking to work towards your goals?
What injuries or limitiations do you possibly have that you want to make your instructor aware of so he or she may help you work with and around tour limitations if any?
