Learned how to train at the highest level by Olympic strength and conditioning trainers with University of Oregon. The focus of my training program is EXPLOSION. The goal is to increase top speed, agility, functional strength and conditioning. Combining position specific skills training and conditioning to improve motor skills during times of fatigue, 4th quarter playmaking training!
