Founded in 2001, Chang's Tae Kwon Do has been serving Santa Rosa, California and surrounding areas as the number one family-oriented martial arts school. They offer unique, Korean Olympic Tae Kwon Do training that focuses on self-control, discipline, respect, social life skills, stress management, and coordination. Chang's Tae Kwon Do welcomes walk-ins and even offers a free class for newcomers. Their special 4-week program is an excellent opportunity to immerse in self-defense learning at an affordable rate.
