The first thing we do is warm ups and stretch to get the muscles warm and ready to move. There are few routines I may use as we can discuss at the time of training. Depending on what kind of Boxing ,kickboxing, Goal you may have will determine the type of training. Each exercise we do is target towards boxing, Kickboxing. Each skill you learn will be done at a slower past then speed up as you become familiar with the skill. How fast you learn depends on the individual. We will not rush any technique as this should never be done when learning any skill in life. As for my training? It is very technical and everything is done for a reason.
I enjoy helping many people reach there physical goals by developing discipline and commitment. Many people have the desire to be healthy but just don't have the motivation day to day to actually get up and make that change. I am here to help you achieve that goal. When I was coming up there were no ufc platforms but alot of warehouse fight events took place(underground events). I started training at a very young age because my family has years of experience in Martial arts. Thats my personal experience. I have trained with many pros and have professionally sparred with some of the best freestyle fighters around. I also help train and prepare fighters at many different levels .
