Welcome! My teaching journey started in 2020 and I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. My passion is around sharing the benefits of yoga with others. My classes are designed to blend the flowing movements of Vinyasa with a focus on mindfulness and breath awareness. Experience improved flexibility, strength and balance. Beyond physical postures, I incorporate mindfulness meditation techniques to enhance mental clarity, reduce stress and promote overall well-being. I take the time to understand the unique needs of my clients and adapt each class to ensure they receive personalized guidance.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If I feel I can meet a client's request, I will respond and setup some time prior to the first session to discuss what their specific needs are. I solicit feedback throughout the process to ensure that I'm still meeting their needs/expectations and will make adjustments as needed. Sometimes the needs will change and that's ok, I'm here to help along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my 200 hour training and am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance.
