I am a Kaiser Permante Health facilitator and certified meditation and yoga instructor. I specialize in Mindful slow movement yoga followed by a deep relaxation meditation. I am also certified to teach Kundalini Yoga and sound healing guided meditations. Hundreds of meditators around the world listen to my guided meditations on a daily basis through the Insight Timer meditation app. I also have my own Tranquil Me meditation app for iPhones and Androids. I am available for private instruction and presentations for groups of 2 or more at homes, workplaces, yoga studios and retreats.
I love seeing the transformation when students learn to balance their busy lives with yoga and meditation- which are scientifically proven methods of stress relief. Through my classes you will learn wonderful mind/body tips and techniques to enhance your wellbeing and allow more peace into your life.
