Focused on real combat situations, the training includes single stick and empty hands techniques to improve power, accuracy, and speed. Parayno Balintawak is open to both men and women and adjusts its approach for children to combat bullying. With 22 years of experience, Grand Master Parayno is dedicated to teaching the Atillo Balintawak System, preparing students for real-world scenarios through live training.
