My passion is MMA fighting, with up to years of muay thai, MMA, jui jitsu, and kickboxing. I have a passion for health and fitness, with an emphasis on a healthy diet.
I enjoy learning ways to be healthy and how to maintain a healthy body. I enjoy helping others reach their health and fitness goals as well as sharing my knowledge on ways to tackle difficult physical limitations.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I begin with their physical ability to gage their abiltiy to participate in the activity, injuries and health. Second, I gage where their physical fitness level is at, whether beginner or advanced and tailor the lesson to that. I also ask about their eating habits and ask if I can help them make changes to that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in jui jitsu, kickboxing, boxing, MMA, muay thai, and wrestling. I have knowledge in health and wellbeing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$30 to $100, based on distance and travel.
How did you get started teaching?
People have approached me at my local gym, frequently asking questions about my workout, my diet and how I maintain my healthy physique. My girlfriend was my first student as well as family and friends.
What types of students have you worked with?
A wide range of students, anywhere from the super fit to the beginners who need a little help with reaching their goal.
