What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We start by assessing the goals. Ongoing analysis, implementation of specific strategies and tools to meet or exceed the goals. This process leverages 40 years of study of Yoga and teaching for over 15 years, and analytical skills and experience gained through improving business performance. 

Teaching integrates the vast science of Classical Yoga and Ayurveda: Vedic philosophy, Pranayama, Hatha yoga, meditation, nutrition, relaxation, and Yoga Nidra.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Teaching Yoga for over 15 years, coached thousands at all levels & ages

Certified in Yoga Therapy (C-IAYT), Yoga (Himalayan Teacher's Training), Pilates, Reiki (I&II) & Group Fitness

Martial Arts (Karate Brown Belt)

Silversneakers/Tivity Flex Instructor

MBA & Bachelor of Chemical Engineering

Experience as a Yoga teacher, coach, and volunteer: YMCA small group Gentle Yoga, Joints & Glands classes (2000-2006), Community Education Gentle Yoga (2006-2011), Bally’s Fitness, and volunteer of yoga services at camps, retreats, Well Within, etc).

Rates posted are for my location (surcharge for your location)

Small Group Classes (3-4 Participants):  - $19/class or $59/month for one class per week - 10 class pass: $149 (to be used in 4 months) Semi-Private or Private Training - $59 for 1 hour session - 6 sessions package: $229 (to be used in 4 months) - 10 sessions package: $449 (to be used in 4 months) Large Group (5+ participants): - $15/session or $49/month -10 sessions: $129 (to be used in 4 months) Ayurvedic Body Type Consultation With Food Consult - $59/hr Reiki Session:  $29/session (30 minutes) Retreats/Mini-Retreats are priced Individually
