About this pro

I'm a certified, registered and insured yoga instructor in the Denver Metro Area.

I began practicing in yoga 2008 as a means of losing weight. My practice grew steady as I struggled to love my body through weight gain and injuries.

I now teach yoga as a means to harness acceptance, strength, passion and self respect.

I meet my clients where they are, with no expectations, no limitations, and no judgement. Yoga is for every body.

Take the time to make your soul happy!

First time clients get their first private lesson for $45
