Bodhimarga Yoga

I love teaching yoga one on one! Creating a personalized yoga practice for a client is my specialty. Holding space for my student to experience each pose and facilitating little tweaks to modify or get deeper is esential for a client to fully drop into their body and move past limiting beliefs & explore every movement to see what their body is truly capable of!! The joy and gratitude they feel at the end of the class of how their body moved gives me deep fulfillment and love of sharing a yoga practice with them.
