Flow With Fila
About
Besides customizing the classes and offering modifications and adjustments for each student, I also try to incorporate an element of fun! For many, yoga can be intimidating but I like to teach from a more laid back place and going with the flow. When you let go, that's when you grow.
My favorite thing is to see the progress my students have made. Whether it's holding chaturanga a little bit longer or getting into an armbalance, these achievements are the best part of teacing.
