How did you get started teaching?
I began practicing after an injury caused me to resign from JetBlue as a flight attendant in 2015. The transformation I experienced physically and mentally with this practice was profound, and after regaining mobility and reducing chronic pain, I became a certified instructor to help others regain their health and find their personal power.
