I am new to yoga and I really appreciated Cias patience with me as a beginner. Cia is calm, collected, and offers specific, guided instruction. Cia periodically asked her class how they were feeling and if adjustments needed to be made to instruction. She demonstrated both beginner and advanced positioning in order to accommodate to the individual participants needs/strengths. If adjustment to body positioning was needed, Cia asked permission before proceeding to make said adjustments. Overall, Cia offered a welcoming environment with a warm smile. Highly recommend.

I loved how she would ask the class if there was any part of the body they wanted to focus on. She was great with helping the less advanced students and going at a pace all the class could keep up with!
