I have been a martial arts instructor for over 10 years. I have trained with martial artists from all over the world – sharing new and different techniques with one another. I have instructed kickboxing classes for multiple years. I have trained athletes for strength and conditioning. I have trained children (3 and up) and adults of all ages. How did you get started teaching?
I grew up knowing how to throw the perfect punch because my dad was a boxer. I enrolled in martial arts at the age of 10 (early 2000s). By 2006, I received my black belt in martial arts and the following year – started instructing children. My passion for personal training, kickboxing, and boxing began shortly after as well. I am consistently learning new methods and expanding my knowledge of the muscular system and how to best train our muscles for growth and strength
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained children ages 3 and up in predominantly martial arts. I have trained athletes (children and adults) in strength and conditioning. I have worked with adults of all ages (young adults to elderly) in kickboxing, boxing, and personal training.
