    Frequently asked questions

To build them up from a string foundation grounded in the basics of boxing technique starts my process with each student.

I began training boxing at 14 years old. Since then, I've acquired vast amounts of knowledge that relates not only to training others, yet, also to life outside of boxing too.

Before one leads ones must follow. I learned from my Trainer and Coach M. Diaz. In that, I was able to transition to teach others.

Students from all walks: beginners to advanced I've been blessed to teach.

Winning my final Sugar Bert Title Belt in 2016 before turning Pro January 14, 2017.

Everybody says they want to learn boxing, yet, few show up. Out of the few that show up, less than continue after realizing you can't play boxing. The truth is revealed after getting hit for the first time by another boxer. If you want to do it as a workout only, there are still the mitts to watch out for. Either or, you're going to get hit in training boxing one way or another. That's where defense will come into play. As I've been taught, the best offense is defense, and the best defense is offense.

Do I want to train boxing only as a workout, or do I want to train to compete in amateur or pro boxing bouts?

Either or, training with me you'll obtain the best of both worlds.
