What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We do a sharing and I really listen closely for what the student wants, and needs, and what their current and past condition is and was.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years of daily practice, immense personal healing and personal growth, and practice with many yoga, spiritual, and qigong teachers over time.

How did you get started teaching?
I heard of yoga in 1975 and had 5 teachers within 5 months. It was love at first practice.
