I have been in the Martial Arts for almsot 49 years and have been teaching for about 28 years overall. I have been teaching in Boise, Id for 24 years.

I love teaching Self Respect, Discipline and Confidence needed in todays world so our students can live a power filled and productive life as well as learning some great self defense skills.

We are a very family based outfit as my whole family has been involved over the years. My wife and sons all hold Black Belts. That was with years of good dilligent and focused work. They are all now successul in their lives due to the discipline the Arts gave them.

We have had several of our students over the years become World and National Chamions in the competition circuts and success stories in their own personal lives.

I have trained in several disciplines over the years and I am also a wrestling Instructor from years past.

I have been teaching Kajukenbo for sometime now as a Master Instructor. It is a hybrid that Came from Hawaii in 1947. It is the first American Martial Art and a true MMA.

It is Karate, Judo, Jujtisu, Kenpo, Kung fu mix. Very effective for all areas.
