Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As an educational experience, we offer a free week of unlimited yoga to anyone new to our facility. We encourage you to try a variety of classes to get a feel for what type of yoga is best for you and how would a regular practice fit into your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband Andrew and I own the studio together. We are certified to teach others how to become an instructor at a 500 hour level. We are registered by the governing body of yoga called Yoga Alliance. All of our instructors have a 200 hour certification or higher.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
After the week trial of yoga there are several options to continue your practice.
A drop in is $20. This is a great option if your schedule varies or you are using yoga to compliment other activities.
We also have a class pack for $160. A class pack does not expire so you can use it at your leisure.
The unlimited monthly membership is $109. The membership is most economical if you are consistent in your practice twice a week or more.
How did you get started teaching?
My husband and I have been working in the fitness industry for many years. We found that yoga was the best practice because it brings in mindfulness and purpose to a workout. He is originally from the tri-cities so we decided to settle down in a home in Batavia and share our passion for overall wellness with the community.
