I offer private yoga lessons that are unique and tailered to students individual needs. Unlike a traditional yoga class, I take it a step further and teach the spiritual aspect of yoga. Whole Yoga is centered in holistic healing and my approach to health is wholesome;body,mind,and spirit.
Helping my students and guiding them towards a happier and healthier life. I believe that we all have the power of healing within us and being able to pass the torch on brings me so much joy. Yoga changed my own life in so many ways I never expected.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Update Covid Response in effect June 2020 - To ensure the safety of our community during this time lessons are only offered online or by video chat only. Students may still request private lessons or pay a flat rate of $20 for unlimited access to pre-recorded sessions and content.
After a student accepts my quote I will setup an initial interview. This is very casual, and gives us time to get to know one another. I offer lessons a la carte or as a bundle.I will have a contract filled out with me for the student to sign and we will schedule our first session together.
Our first session we will be diving right in! I find that practicing with students makes them feel more comfortable and gives them an example of what is being asked of them. So, I'll be doing the asanas right along with you for the most part. I provide a mat, block, etc. for new students (included in the price).
After our first session I ask my students to fill out a review sheet and email it back to me. It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with your experience.

What do you want to get out of yoga? Yoga is a holistic approach targeting optimal health. Meaning; body,mind and spirit. Are you interested in the total lifestyle as, or just the physical component?
Are you looking for a personal trainer or group excercise?
Is there anything your instructor should know or keep in mind? Any injuries, illnesses, or disabilities that require modification to asanas.
