I bring years of experience as well as all the equipment necessary for a fantastic yoga lesson. I use Manduka brand yoga mats & also provide blocks, straps, and bolsters.
Helping people to feel better! I am super passionate about yoga and it’s benefits both inside and outside the body.

Tabitha is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable yoga instructor.
I hired Tabitha to teach a corporate yoga class. She was easy to work with in setting the class up, and she arrived promptly. Tabitha brings her own equipment so all you have to do is show up. She tailored our class to the various abilities of the participants. I highly recommend CraVe Yoga.
