I am a Physician who has always been interested in wellness and physical fitness.I have become so passionate about Yoga because of the effects it has on my mind, body and overall well-being that I have become a certified Yoga instructor. I can adjust the practice based on the student’s experience, ability and goals. I think it should be part of everyone’s daily routine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I assess their experence, goals and fitness level during a 30min-45 min free trial. then I adapt my weekly plan to optimize the results.
I strive to make the practice enjoyable, am experience my students look forward to , no a chore they need to get through.
my classes include vinyasa yoga flow, strenght training, low impact cardio and stretching.

lessons at my house or the student's house, my fees are $50-60 per hour. subject to discont depending on the number of classes the student is willing to commit to after their free trial lesson.
