About
As a 200 hr RYT certified yoga instructor and ACE certified fitness trainer, I offer a unique skill set to help build a practice or program that works for you. My expertise includes yin yoga, vinyasa yoga, and personalized strength training. I also offer a unique yoga/weight strength fusion class that can be built into any program at any skill level, as well as restorative and flexibility programs.
I accept clients at all skill levels and group/corporate events (rates vary).
Yoga is a transformation process that works for everyone. No matter what change/growth you are looking for, big or small, I love being able to help guide that path. I will sit down with you, focus on your goals and desires (in yoga and in life), and discuss the practice/program that will help you to achieve those wishes. I get to witness that transformation from an objective perspective, to help change or redirect your growth path as needed, which is truly an honor.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
You and I will meet either in person or via video call. We’ll then discuss your goals, commitment level, and experience and design a practice or program that fits your needs, as well as logistics such as schedule and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 200hr RYT certified through Yoga Alliance and ACE personal training certified.
