About
Hello
Looking to take on students that are new to yoga. If you've always been intimidated to take a group class or just want personilzed instructions with your yoga poses (asanas), I can help you with that.
I personalize in more of a restorative approach, one that helps to relieve stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
I was certified by the Chicago Yoga Center. Yoga Alliance: #240317
I've been doing a daily practice for almost 3 years. Also, I continue my personal studies with the practice.
For me, I take my teaching practice from a begginer's mind. Where I observe my class and/or student and see what modifications that need to be inacted within the moment. This helps me to enjoy the moment and the personal practice that yoga is fundamentally about; how you feel in the moment. Practice changes everytime. This is the joy I have with yoga.
