Creating Resilience teaches skills to learn how to survive and thrive during times of adversity in live. As a social worker, I have the clinical background to help identify your needs. Using Mindfulness, Meditation, Self Compassion and Acceptance based on current neuroscience and research, I tailor these skills to your needs. Yoga, as another form of mindfulness, is another skill to use. The goal is to achieve Post Traumatic Growth following crisis.
