Personal, and tuned in to the clients requests and needs. I teach alignment focused, safe, real yoga no trends, I am patient, kind, teaching intention based yoga. I am Certified by Prairie yoga institute, A Midwest premier yoga institute. I have over 1000 hours of teaching and 3 years of training. Many Master teachers as my mentors. All my knowledge is shared with you. Breath by breath. Teaching for over 12 years, Practicing for over 19 years. I teach private and group classes. I have many private clients, however I offer group classes as well in a small non-intimidating setting. I have taught in studios, gyms, schools and churches.
I enjoy helping others feel better through yoga and meditation and teaching them how to tap into their own healing powers as they get reacquainted with their body, mind and soul. I charge based on client's needs and always work out a fair package. I accomodate all ages and abilities.

How did you get started teaching?
Teaching yoga is my Dharma it is a calling, when that occurs there is nothing left to say. My students say I have a gift, if that is so it is my responsibility to share with others, knowledge must be shared. Yoga has inumerable benefits for body, mind and soul, when one feels this they know yoga, it then becomes a part of their life. Being a teacher only makes me a lifetime student.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages 2-90 meeting the student where they are.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be share you are comfortable with your teacher comfortable enough to share any questions or concerns, yoga is very therapeutic on a cellular level, a lot can come up through this process, it will serve you to feel connected to your teacher and trust them.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be honest with yourself about your goals and your curiousity about yoga. A good teacher can help you identify these goals.
