MissG is honestly the best teacher I have ever had. She goes at your pace, and she is very in tune with her students. I learned so much in the short amount of time that I have been taking classes from her. Highly recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Students will be asked some questions to assess their needs and their desired goals.

Once I have assessed the student, I use a curriculum tailor made for the student. I work intuitively, and will always work at the student's pace.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have almost 20 years of teaching experience and I am certified to teach vinyasa yoga. I am also a certified reiki practitioner.

How did you get started teaching?

I began teaching when I was still in high school, and I was mentored by my dance teacher who also owned a dance studio. I've had several teaching mentors throughout my career, and I am always continuing my education via teacher workshops, festivals and classes.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have experience with students ages 2 all the way to adult. I work with all levels, but I specialize in beginner level students.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
