Gruber's Karate, located in Gurnee, Illinois, is a traditional martial arts dojo teaching the Isshin ShorinJi Ryu style of karate under the expert guidance of Sensei Carl Gruber. With over 30 years of martial arts experience, Sensei Gruber focuses on nurturing students to be champions, not just in karate, but in life as well. Open to students from age 5 to adults and offering self-defense classes, Gruber's Karate is more than a dojo - it's a community where everyone is part of the family.
