About
I offer personalized yoga sessions for clients who are seeking one on one instruction on the mat. My session is designed to leave you feeling great in your body and inspired to move more mindfully. With each client I discuss the type of style they would like to be taught as well as help them build up to specific poses they may be working on or want to try. From chair yoga to arm balances, I provide yoga to a variety of students.
I absolutely love hearing feedback from a student that they feel more at home in their body after my class! Because our bodies are such a special gift, it is incredible that I get to be a part of so many individual's health and wellness!

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my 200 hour YTT with Buffy Barfoot’s Clear Compass teacher training. My training was rooted in anusara and therefore I have a heavy alignment base to my practice. I have been practicing yoga asana for over 4 years and meditation/breath-work since I was a kid. Additionally, I have continued my teaching education by attending workshops taught by Eoin Finn, Darren Rhodes and Christina Sell.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with a wide variety of individuals from various backgrounds and differing age groups. I work gently with individuals recovering from injuries and surgery, such as knee replacements or muscle strains. I work with dancers and entertainers who are working on their flexibility and strength in addition to mindful movement. I take special care of mothers as they get back into a fitness routine as well as kids/young athletes working on balance and focus.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Seek someone who is well educated in their craft and keeps you safe during a yoga class; choose an instructor that is invested in your growth and continues to find ways to help you achieve what you desire physical, mentally and spiritually.
