Most all of the equipment we utilize in our training is mobile. We can train any place anytime night or day.
I enjoy helping ohers do what they deemed impossible. If it's one thing I've earned from sports and the military you can do much more then you think you can. It takes Heart and Accountability the rest is up to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first time is a 2 hour free trial. We check body mass index. We go over fundamentals of the sport. We do a fitness evaluation and then we set goals and expectations.
