As a personal Yoga Instructor, I provide lessons that are both physically and mentally engaging. During my lessons students will learn how to develop a consistent exercise routine, while also learning how to listen to their bodies. Lessons are structured around each students individual needs and can be altered through out the practice as students progress. I love teaching yoga because it is my way to help people heal and grow as individuals. Teaching yoga consists of so much more than teaching asanas (the physical practice) , it brings peace and tranquility to the body and soul. I feel honored and humbled when students reach a new emotional and spiritual tier in their practice. Not to mention, I love how yoga makes myself feel, individually. Yoga is a continuous practice that always brings new challenges, and I love a good challenge!
