What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The best way to start is to send me via email what you are looking for? Private? Class? Goals? Injuries?
The best days and times for you. How many days a week are you looking for?
Then, I will respond within 24 hrs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Health Science in Health and wellness. I am a certified Personal trainer, certified Pilates Instructor, Bodypump & Bodyflow and 200 hr Certified Embodyoga Instructor.

How did you get started teaching?
I want a gym junkie attending all classes, then one day an Instructor was running late so I started the warm up for her and the rest is history;)
