I am into yoga from my teenage. I have learned Hathaway Yoga in India and did Teacher’ Training in Vinayasa in United States. I am teaching in Boston area from 9 years now. I also specialize in Micro Exercises of Yoga which is hard to find here in US. This is a very simple yet special technique which is very therapeutic and works at all levels. This also contains body sculpting exercises. It prepares the body to go into poses. Anyone can practice it from a child to 100 years old, weak to healthy or beginners to advance practitioner. I teach authentic yoga exactly the way I learned in India. My first class is reading or understanding my client through yoga class and a small chat. My classes are excellent if someone is looking to build strength, flexibility, going thru any health issue, recovery from a surgery, had a bad experience in a yoga class or have a goal. First class is usually understanding the students through a small chat followed by a yoga class and go from there. I am pretty flexible in terms of schedule as I mostly teach private lessons.
