Passion and experience makes my service stands out. I like helping people with goals. Teaching yoga is not only my profession, I try to live in a yogic way in all aspects of my life. Teaching yoga and helping people is my passion and this Is what my clients/students love about my teaching.
I have experience of teaching regular classes to targeted classes and a month long yoga program where I teach A-Z of yoga and which is a life changing experience. My clients/ students are located in different countries including India which is a birth place of yoga and I take pride in that.
Yoga is a lifestyle not just an exercise which needs to be built with regular practice and right approach. 🙏
Though I enjoy every bit of yoga but most is when I see the results in my clients, for example being able to sit on the floor with crossed legs...it may look like a small achievement to others but I know that they have worked hard to be there.
I have witnessed so many changes that I myself get surprised how yoga works on all different aspects of our life.
Rashmi Mam is very patient with the beginners. She doesn't rush into exercises and makes sure that every pose is done correctly. She respects everybody's limits and doesn't push unnecessarily. I have seen a difference in my body in just 2 weeks. My body is becoming more flexible every passing day and I feel strong inside.

It’s been an excellent experience as Ameya Yoga focuses on the personal needs of an individual. As I have various conditions and generally it was hard for me to keep up with all the yoga forms, Amaya yoga helped me in body strengthening, keeping in mind the severity of all my conditions. I am very grateful and appreciative for the right yoga postures I learnt here which has strengthened my body where I can do a lot more without experiencing pain.
First class is usually understanding the students through a small chat followed by a yoga class and go from there.Yoga is like learning any new skill and it's a step by step learning process. Each body is different so I design my classes in such a way that everyone gets familiarize with their own body and progress.
I am pretty flexible in terms of schedule as I mostly teach private lessons. But if you have a group I am more than happy to take on that project.
I am an ERYT-500. I have earned yoga teacher's training certificate from both the countries .. United States and India and have 20 years of teaching experience in yoga.
I offer different packages starting from 5 class package to 20 and more. 20+ classes package is very suitable for people who wants 2 or more classes in a week.
So I try my best to suit everyone's pocket because I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and it should be part of our daily life.

I am a born yogi so it came into my life very naturally. I feel I was destined to be a yoga teacher and it reflects in my teachings.

people who want to maintain good health or try yoga. Beside this mostly people who have some sort of health issues like arthritis, auto-immune, stress, weight gain, back-pain or want to build strength and focus and list goes on.
Recently I became part of a volunteer organization in India which was formed to help Covid-19 patients. 10,000 people got enrolled into it and 400 yoga teachers participated.
It was a very heart whelming experience working with from children to aged people. This event enriched me in different ways specially fighting out and surviving at the same time helping others in the toughest scenario.

Know your teacher first. Find out what she/ he can offer. See if your needs match with his/her expertise. There are different styles of yoga being offered and not every style is for everyone. Ask for a trial class. And if you are able to find the right one, stick with him/ her as yoga is a lifetime journey.
