Blossom Yoga

We offer a traditional hatha/vinyasa (must try it) style yoga class, no goats, no gimmicks. I am a certified Yoga instuctor with a science background as I am a retired high school science teacher. I have combined my love and passion for yoga and teaching. I love to use the phrase "From Boomers to Beginners" as I think this describes the class well. That being said we are certainly no slouches on the mat!

I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I remember just starting my yoga practice and I was quickly discouraged until I too found the perfect fit. The right yoga instructor is an important part of your practice. I pride myself in knowing my students strenghts and weaknesses and what their needs are. I enjoy the accomplishments we make through our continued yoga practice. I check in with my students before, during and after class making sure they feel good. I like to allow time for questions and corrections.
