Kundalini Yoga is a powerful combination of breathing, movement, and meditation. This yoga is easily modified to suit all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.
I enjoy bringing yoga science to others and watching it transform their lives. The benefits of this prctice carry into our daily lives. We have created a wonderful community of caring, like-minded souls.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students are encouraged to start where they are and allow their flexibility and strength to build over time. The mental balance gained from this practice happens softly and sweetly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Kundalini Research Institute and International Teacher Training certified Kundalini Yoga Instructors. Jean has taken continuing education workshops in Yoga Therapy to further meet the needs of her students.

$40 Participants 60+, $45 Others, $10 Walk-in [per class]. NOTE: Pricing for a 5-week session.
How did you get started teaching?
Jean was a dedicated student for over 15 years before becoming a certified teacher. Yoga has been part of Guruatma's life for 45 years.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students who are new to Kundalini Yoga, while others have practiced for over 10 years. There are many ways to grow in this practice.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure your doctor is aware of your intention to have a regular yoga practice. Advise your teacher about special accomodations needed to suit your health and physical abilities.
