Spencer Yoga Home is a welcoming space for all to improve their overall health and well-being. All classes offered are taught with respect and compassion for the individual’s inner and outer experience by experienced, certified and registered teachers.We are committed to sharing with you the authentic teachings of yoga, meditation and other holistic modalities. We believe in the power of these teachings to bring balance and strength to the physical body, adaptability, clarity and understanding to the mind, and awareness and compassion of the spirit. We will guide you towards improved health and an overall balance of your physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental and occupational well-being. Health is a goal that you can achieve and wellness is a dynamic concept that continues for a lifetime.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Though we offer group classes, every person is taught and seen as an individual. So you will be offered variations and accomadations as needed. All of our teachers are experienced at addressing each individual needs. We want you to feel welcomed and not lost in the crowd. We want you to develop a yoga practice that will serve you, where you are at for a lifetime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ann Ramsey
is certified C-IAYT( certified Yoga Therapist from International Association of Yoga Therapist), E-RYT at the 500 hour level, a RPYT (registered prenatal yoga teacher) and a YACEP (continuing education provider) from Yoga Alliance. In 2003 she received her teacher certification in yoga from world renowned yoga instructor, Barbara Benagh, director of The Yoga Studio in Boston and recently completed a 300 Hr. Advanced Teacher Training in 2014 with Eileen Muir director of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts in Northampton. She completed Birthing Mama's 90 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in January 2017.
Warren Ramsey
is a certified RYT at the 200 hour level from Yoga Alliance. He was first introduced to a regular yoga practice with Lauren Toolin director of Yoga Vidya Teacher Training, after 4 years of a regular yoga practice he was inspired to attend a 200 hr. Teacher Training with Eileen Muir, director of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts in Northampton, MA.. He graduated and became certified in 2005. He is currently enrolled in a 300 Hr. Advanced Teacher Training with Paul Menard, director of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts in Northampton.
Kerry Glasier
is a certified, registered teacher at the E-RYT 200 level, RCYT (registered children’s yoga teacher) from Yoga Alliance and received her 200 hour teacher certification from Frog Pond Yoga in Princeton, MA in 2013. She is currently enrolled in an Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy training at Yoga Veda Institute.
