How did you get started teaching?
I started practicing as a child and started teaching when my children were young and saw a need for yoga for my family and friends.

I have worked with all age groups including children, teens, adults and seniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I teach community classes at Shrewsbury Public Library and am delighted to see people trying out yoga for the very 1st time in their lives. It is a rewarding experience to see and to be able to hear them say that this I can do or I feel very relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of class.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Call your yoga teacher and talk with them. Then try a class or two to understand if it is for you or not.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should be transparent about their needs and medical conditions so the teacher can gear them correctly through the classes.
