Yoga With Carol

I am a certified Svaroopa(R) Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist. This style of yoga is deep and healing, creating deep changes in the spine to release the tensions in the core of your body. I offer group classes and private yoga therapy to help my students begin to heal from back pain, neck and shoulder tension, stress, insomnia and many other chronic illnesses.

With over 15 years of teaching experience I bring my own style to yoga class and create a calm, healing energy in class.

Seeing people begin to get change in their bodies and mind as they begin to release the tensioons in their spine and begin the journey to better health and flexibility.

I teach at 2 local studios Sohum Yoga in Westborough Ma. and Tranquility Yoga in Westford Ma. I offer private yoga therapy sessions at my office in Westborough Ma.
