You will learn what works from someone who really cares about the art form. More than just an instructor but a coach to see it through that not only you can apply what you've learned but that it works for you. Whether your interested in learning a skillset that you can take with you for the rest of your life or just enjoy the sport I reccomend Tenyeh Dixon.

Very good coach. I learn something new every lesson. Patient, friendly, and educational.

Great teacher with outstanding motivation. Breaks down steps in a way in which all students can understand the material.

Tenyeh is an outstanding BJJ instructor/professor. I have been a student of his for about 1 year. He is able to tailor each class to different types of students and different skill levels. He understands different learning types and changes his type of instruction so that every student understands. He trains with us, rolls with us, and I am so lucky to train under him!
